Keeping your family safe has never been this much fun! Safety Squad classes are fun & interactive. You will leave this class feeling confident in your ability to take action...
This American Heart Association course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR and relief of choking in an adult, child or infant. Skills are taught in a fun, dynamic group environment by using the AHA's research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the hands-on CPR practice time using the industry's best manikins.
Our class is especially geared for expectant or new parents, grandparents or other family members. Chicago CPR Instructors have experience working with more than 20,000 new families, and we are skilled in the safety challenges that new parents face. This class also includes essential safety information specific to new families: SIDS prevention, poison control and car seat safety. Participants receive the AHA Family & Friends booklet, SIDS brochures and poison control magnets and tip sheets.
One lucky winner will go home with a fabulous raffle prize.
